• Bacon - Gluten free
• Beef - Not gluten free
• Ham - Gluten free
• Capicola - Gluten free
• Salami - Gluten free
• Turkey - Gluten free

So it looks like there are several choices! Make sure to get your sandwich on a lettuce wrap!!
